JARED BLACK
Jared, a Mississippi native who currently resides in Pass Christian with his wife Courtney (Co-Founder & COO of GTMS) and talented daughter Finley.
Jared started his career in IT as a helpdesk support technician at a barge company in New Orleans and worked his way up to Helpdesk Manager. After 8 years, he moved on to IT consulting at a local New Orleans firm where he quickly became an expert at consulting
Jared's latest role as System Administrator, has provided him the opportunity to build an infrastructure large enough to house 5 petabytes of data. This project involved overhauling infrastructure, including firewall upgrades, vetting and purchasing storage capable of holding 5 petabytes in a private cloud and on-premise, data management, help desk support, server management, and VM environment.
Expertise: cloud computing, storage solutions, help desk support, ticket management, vendor management, remote site support, software implementation and VoIP telecommunications management.
Special Interests: music, trying new foods, sports, traveling, spending time with family and friends
COURTNEY BLACK
Courtney is a native New Orleanian, but currently resides in Pass Christian, Mississippi with her husband Jared (Co-Founder and CEO of GTMS, and their lovely daughter Finley.
Courtney started her career at USM Gulf Coast as an Office Manager then moved to New Orleans to continue her career as an Executive Assistant at Tulane University. She worked across the university, primarily in Development for 8 years. She then continued her journey as an Executive Assistant at Ernst & Young before the pandemic. During the pandemic, she found her niche working in a FinTech startup as the right-hand to the Chief of Staff. Her proudest accomplishment was designing and building an innovation center in Washington, DC.
Courtney's latest role at Fleenor Paper Company, a family-owned business since 1962, allows her to work with the leadership team to provide business solutions to streamline their processes for the new generation of the business.

Special interests: spending time with family, friends and her dogs, music, festivals, and coastal living.
